Fantastic Stay Near Everything!

The reception staff was super helpful , giving directions and suggestions for local spots. My room had a balcony where I could see a slice of that iconic tower! The hotel location made it easy to hop on the metro, a big plus. The area felt safe, even when walking back late at night.
The bathroom sink was quite small , water tended to splash a bit while using it.

the location was convenient near a metro stop it made getting around easy. my room was surprisingly large and very clean. the area had many shops which i appreciated.
the street outside was noisy you could hear everything. i wished there was a wardrobe there was nothing to hang my clothes on. fresh towels were brought even with the do not disturb sign on the door.

The hotel's proximity to the train station proved very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the room to be clean, contributing to an inviting experience. I regret I didn't try the optional breakfast.
The walls seemed quite thin, impacting sound insulation between rooms. It sometimes made it difficult to ignore noises from neighboring guests. Better soundproofing would significantly improve the experience.

This place is in an area I know well. Navigating to destinations became simple because I know local transport. I also enjoyed the proximity to bakeries, shops, and restaurants , so I always had things to do. The metro station is only a short walk away.

My room was clean. The air conditioning worked very well. the hotel provided convenient access to public transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i also appreciated the proximity to local restaurants. They offered many dining options.

The air conditioning did not work in my room. This made sleeping very difficult. I reported the problem to the front desk but staff did not resolve the issue . The staff said they could not move me to another room because the hotel was full

the bathroom was excessively small. i found it difficult to maneuver. additionally, the air conditioning unit emitted a vibration noise. it made it impossible to sleep with it activated.
